Contact & Support

Official communication channels for technical assistance, business, and legal inquiries.

1. Technical Assistance & Customer Support

To ensure maximum operational security and provide rapid, encrypted communication, all technical support is handled exclusively through our official Discord portal. Whether you are experiencing billing discrepancies, require hardware identification (HWID) resets, or need assistance configuring specific environments, our ticketing system routes your inquiry directly to the appropriate sector.

We do not provide technical support through direct messages or external platforms. By utilizing the centralized portal, we maintain a verifiable audit trail to resolve your issues as efficiently as possible.

2. Business & Legal Correspondence

Nova operates under strict internal policies regarding intellectual property and third-party modifications. For enterprise partnerships, DMCA notices, or formal legal matters, all correspondence must be directed to our legal email address.

When submitting a formal inquiry, please ensure that your communication includes verifiable identification and detailed documentation. Incomplete requests may be discarded by our automated filtering systems.

3. Security & Vulnerability Reporting (Bug Bounty)

The integrity of our web infrastructure and bypass architecture is our highest priority. If you are a security researcher, ethical hacker, or advanced user who has discovered a critical vulnerability (such as SQL injection, RCE, or bypass flaws) within the Nova ecosystem, we strongly encourage you to report it directly to our engineering team.

We operate a closed-door bug bounty program. Valid disclosures that demonstrably impact our production environment or user security are rewarded proportionally to their severity. Please refrain from publicly disclosing vulnerabilities before our team has implemented a patch.
