Transparency Report

A clear view into our operational security, data handling, and incident response.

Trust through Verification

In an industry operating on the fringes of software compliance, transparency is the only currency that matters. We believe that security through obscurity alone is fundamentally flawed. While our binaries are heavily armored to prevent reverse engineering, our operational policies regarding your data and account safety are entirely open-book.

Data Privacy PolicyZero Logs

We employ a strict no-log policy for in-game behaviors. We do not monitor, store, or transmit your in-game chat, trade history, IP addresses during injection, or specific gameplay actions.

Network DeliveryEdge Infrastructure

All payloads, updates, and UI assets are distributed globally via high-availability edge nodes, ensuring instantaneous injection times and preventing centralized traffic analysis.

Incident Response & Kill-Switches

Detection is an inevitability in the cat-and-mouse game of anti-cheat circumvention; how an entity responds to it dictates its quality. Nova monitors internal execution engine statistics (sUNC/UNC scores) and client update channels 24/7.

Should a critical detection vector or honeypot be identified in a targeted experience, our systems will automatically deploy an OTA (Over-The-Air) Kill-Switch. This immediately flags the environment as "Offline" on the dashboard and forcefully aborts any ongoing injection attempts globally, physically preventing our users from exposing their accounts to a flagged bypass layer.

Legal Compliance & Takedowns

Nova operates strictly as a third-party memory modification and automation utility. We do not host, distribute, directly modify, or pirate the original proprietary binaries of any targeted game client. Furthermore, we do not host or condone the distribution of malicious software (malware, stealers, or ransomware) within our ecosystem. Any intellectual property disputes, DMCA requests, or abuse reports are taken seriously and must be submitted to our designated legal contact for prompt review.
