End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Please read this agreement carefully before injecting or executing our software.
1. License Definition
This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Nova Inc. By purchasing, loading, or executing the Nova script or its loader, you are being granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the software. You are not purchasing the software itself, nor do you own the intellectual property.
2. Hardware Linking (HWID)
Standard and Freemium licenses are explicitly locked to a single physical device. Any attempt to virtualize, spoof, or mask your hardware footprint in order to circumvent our node limits will result in an automated, permanent revocation of your license without a refund. Users are provided a specific quota of automated hardware resets via their dashboard.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Under this EULA, it is strictly forbidden to:
- Deobfuscate, decrypt, memory-dump, or otherwise analyze the proprietary binaries of the Nova script.
- Create unauthorized mirrors, re-hosts, or unauthorized distributions of our loader scripts.
- Use the software to conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, crash external servers, or perform actions that fall under cyber-criminal legislation.
4. Revocation and Blacklisting
Nova retains the right to blacklist any user, discord ID, or hardware identifier from our database at any time. Violations of this EULA, involvement in the distribution of our proprietary code, or severe infractions of our Discord community guidelines will result in immediate global blacklisting. Additionally, maintaining active membership and your designated role within our official Discord server is required for license validity; leaving the server or lacking the required role will result in automatic execution failure and license forfeiture without restoration.
