1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using Nova ("the Service"), you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use or access the Service. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right and license to use our software solely for your personal automation and gameplay enhancement purposes. You explicitly agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or bypass mechanisms of the software.
• Share, distribute, rent, or resell your license key or account credentials to any third party.
• Attempt to bypass our Hardware ID (HWID) locking mechanism through spoofing or virtualization to exceed concurrent device limits.
• Use the Service in a manner that intentionally harms, degrades, or maliciously attacks the infrastructure of target environments.

3. Subscriptions and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital, heavily obfuscated, and instantly consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks once a license key has been generated and delivered to your account. Subscriptions are billed on a prepaid basis according to the tier selected. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your execution engine is compatible with our Service prior to purchasing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Nova makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nova, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service. Nova is not responsible for manual or automated moderation actions (such as account bans, suspensions, or resets) executed by third-party game developers.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access and license immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
